What types of custom orders do you offer?

We create custom embroidered products for individuals, gifting, merchandise, hospitality brands, special events, and more. Whether you're looking for a single custom piece or a larger production run, we'd love to bring your vision to life.
What types of products do you offer?

We have a range of products available to purchase and customize including large, medium and mini tote bags, wine totes, waffle cosmetic pouches, cocktail napkins and more. You can either purchase a product from our stock or supply your own by dropping off locally or shipping to us. For all tank top and t-shirt inquires, we recommend supplying your own at this time. 
What kind of customizations are available?

We have a range of font and monogram options, icons and thread colors you can choose from for your embroidery customization. We also offer a collaborative process to source any additional icons you can be interested in or can work with you to digitize any custom artwork or logos. Once you fill out your order inquiry we can send you a full guide to start the customization process. 
Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We work on everything from one-of-a-kind custom pieces to small-batch and bulk orders. Please note that custom orders have a minimum project fee of $50.
What qualifies as a small-batch order?

Small-batch orders typically include 2–10 pieces and are ideal for personalized gifting, bridal parties, small businesses, and boutique merchandise collections.
What types of products can be embroidered?

Popular options include tote bags, cosmetic pouches, apparel, hats, napkins, towels, baby items, branded merchandise, and custom gifting pieces. If you have a specific product in mind, we're happy to discuss custom sourcing options.
Can you embroider our logo?

Yes. We can embroider logos, brand marks, custom artwork, names, initials, icons, and other personalized elements. We'll review your artwork and recommend the best approach for embroidery. Note, for all logos or custom artwork a one time digitization fee will apply. 
What file types do you need for logos?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PDF files are preferred whenever possible. If you're unsure what file you have, send it over and we'll help determine if it's suitable.
Will I receive a proof before production?

For many custom and branded projects, we provide a digital proof/mock-up images for the design approval process before production begins to ensure all details are accurate.
When will I get my order?

Our average turnaround time is about a week to two weeks depending upon customization and item quantities.
