What is live event embroidery?
A live embroidery event is an interactive experience where guests can personalize items on-site and watch their designs come to life in real time. Whether it's a corporate gathering, brand activation, retail event, baby shower or private celebration, guests leave with a meaningful keepsake that's uniquely their own.
How does on-site embroidery work at an event?
Our team arrives before the event to set up the embroidery station, and all we need is access to power and approximately a 6' x 9' footprint.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Capacity depends on factors such as event duration, item selection, and embroidery complexity. When you submit an inquiry, we'll review your estimated guest count and recommend an activation setup that fits your event. We currently only operate with one machine and each item usually takes about 5 minutes to stitch and complete. For longer timeframes we can accomodate more guests than for short timeframes.
What items can guests customize?
Popular event items include tote bags, cosmetic pouches, pencil pouches, bandanas, napkins, and branded merchandise. If you have something specific in mind, we're happy to discuss custom options. Please note, we are unable to embroider hats at this time.
Can you provide the products, or do we supply them?
Most of our clients supply the items but we can help provide suggestions ahead of time.
What areas can you travel for live events?
Sunday Stitch has recently moved from Austin, Texas to the Bay Area. We currently can service Marin County, Sonoma, and most of the wine country.
Can you accommodate multi-day events?
Yes. We can accommodate multi-day events, conferences, pop-ups, and extended brand activations. We'll work with you to create a setup that aligns with your schedule, guest count, and event goals, ensuring a seamless experience from day one through the final event day.
Can you create custom embroidery designs for our brand or event?
Absolutely. We can work with logos, event artwork, custom icons, and curated personalization options to create an experience that reflects your brand while maintaining the elevated aesthetic Sunday Stitch is known for. Please note, there is a one time digitization fee for any custom artwork or logos.
Can guests choose from multiple embroidery designs?
Yes. Guests can typically choose from monograms, names, short phrases, and curated icons depending on the event setup. We work with each client beforehand to create custom event menu that aligns with the event or brand experience. We can offer up to six thread color options.
